A TRAUMA-INFORMED mindful YOGA PRACTICE DESIGNED TO BRING MORE PEACE, PRESENCE AND PURPOSE INTO OUR LIVES. (AVAILABLE for BOTH ADULTS & CHILDREN )
Available for anyone who feels called to more peace, light-heartedness, joy and freedom. The word Yoga means ‘Union’, coming back to True Unity/ Oneness from the illusion of separation as the final goal. Contrary to popular belief, yogic practice is meant for all.. and that includes ALL BODIES. In my sessions, we use the asanas (yoga poses) as a bridge back into the mind to develop inner stillness and self-awareness.

After my awakening, I naturally took a long pause from music to find my footing again. I had entirely disidentified from the “singer/performer/songwriter'“ identity. After 3 years, I began to reconnect with music from a new spiritually embodied place —from the Heart. I began Spirit Remixes, which were re-interpreted popular songs from the perspective of Spirit — you can listen here. I now find myself ready to extend bless even further using my gift of song + speaking for healing, expansion and inner freedom.
